Healthy Pizza

If you love pizza like me you will love this healthy super easy recipe. This recipe is super quick and a great alternative to the traditional pizza dough recipe.

Prep Time: 15 Mins

Cook Time: 20-30 Mins

  • 150g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 150g 0 % Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • Passata
  • Light Mozzarella
  • Toppings of your choice

Equipment you will need

  • Large bowl
  • Pizza tray or flat baking tray


  1. This has to be the easiest pizza recipe out there but before you start you need to preheat your oven to 180 C/ Gas Mark 4
  2. Now you can mix your flour, salt and yoghurt all together until you form a ball
  3. Then shape your dough into any shape you like and put on a baking tray
  4. Now the fun part, time to add your passata, mozzarella and the toppings of your choice
  5. Then bake for 20 -30 mins
  6. Now cut and enjoy
