If you love brownies and cheesecake why not mix them together to get the best of both worlds. These are super rich and you wont be able to stop eating them, I guarantee it.

Ingredients
- 150g Unsalted Butter
- 270g Caster Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 125g Plain Flour
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 75g Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 50g White Chocolate chips/chucks
Method
- First you need to preheat your oven to 160c / Gas Mark 3 and prepare your brownie tin by lining it with grease prove paper
- In a large bowl beat together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
- Now add the eggs one at a time until they are all combined
- Then add both the flour and cocoa powder until you have a smooth batter, then add your white chocolate chips
- Now tip this into your brownie tin and put to one side so you can make the cheesecake part
- To make the cheesecake part beat together your sugar and cream cheeses until thick and creamy then add your egg yolk and beat till all combined
- Now place large spoonful’s of the cheesecake over the brownie batter and then use a spoon to swirl it through
- Bake time ! Cook for 20 – 30 mins
- Let them cool completely then enjoy !
