Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Ground Almonds
- 2 Cups of Oats
- 1/2 a Cup of Wholemeal/ Brown Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Honey
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Butter/ Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup / 2 Apples Grated
- 1 Cup / 1 Large /2 Medium Carrots Grated
Method
- First you need to preheat your oven to 180c/ 350 F and prepare your muffin tin by lining them with any cases you like
- Now get all your dry ingredients and mix together
- In a separate bowl combine your honey, eggs and butter/oil together and mix well. Once you have done this add your grated carrot and apple and again mix together
- Now you have two bowls pour your wet ingredients into your dry and you guessed it combine together
- Now place the mixture into your muffin cases as equally as you can (about a large tablespoon)
- Now cook them for approximately 25 mins or until a knife comes out clean
- Then enjoy !
