Gluten Free Flapjacks

If you are looking for a great gluten free option these really hit the spot. They taste delicious and you wont feel like you are missing out and they are supper simple to create.

Pre Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Portions: 20 Flapjacks


  • 90g Butter
  • 90g Golden Syrup
  • 90g Caster Sugar
  • 200g Gluten Free Oats
  • 90g Raisins/Sultanas
  • 60g Mixed Seeds


  1. First you need to preheat your oven to 190c and line a baking tray with grease proof paper
  2. Now you are prepared put your butter, sugar and golden syrup into a large saucepan and heat on a medium heat until all the sugar and butter is dissolved
  3. Now your butter mix is melted pour in your oats, seeds and raisins and mix until it is all combined then press the mix into your tin then cook for 20 mins until golden brown, let them cool then enjoy. See I told you they were simple to make!
