Nutella Stuffed Cookies

Ok these might just be the best thing I have made yet. They are super easy and suppppper tasty too. So if you are looking for a weekend treat I would recommend you give theses a go.

Prep Time: 1h 20mins

Cook time: 15mins

Portions: 11 Large Cookies

  • Nutella 11 Large Tsp
  • 115g Butter
  • 175g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 275g Plain Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 50g White Chocolate chips
  • 50g Dark Chocolate chips
  • 50g Milk chocolate chips

  1. First you need to freeze your Nutella. So scope about 11 tsp of Nutella on to a plate and put into a freeze for about an hour until they are completely frozen
  2. Now your Nutella centre is frozen you can now pre heat your oven to 190c and prepare your baking trays by lining with grease proof paper
  3. Now you are ready you can start making your dough. So first cream your butter and sugar together until it becomes light and fluffy. You can either do this by hand or in a food mixer
  4. Now your butter mixture is light and fluffy add in your egg and beat again until it is combined
  5. Now you need to combine your dry ingredients together, so in large bowl mix your flour, salt, corn flour and bicarbonate of soda. Now add this to your butter mix and beat until combined
  6. Now add all your chocolate chips to your dough and mix again
  7. Ok, now your mix is ready it is time to make your cookies. So take a large ball of your dough and put your frozen Nutella in the middle of your dough and cover so you can’t see any of the Nutella, so your frozen Nutella is encased in your cookie dough. Now continue this process until you run out of dough and Nutella then place your cookies on your baking trays and cook for approximately 15 mins until they are golden brown
  8. Then leave to cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee!
