If you have Oreos left from from making Oreo cookies last week why not make these fantastic Oreo muffins. So simple and easy but still super tasty.

Ingredients
- 160g Butter
- 160g Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 160g Self Raising Flour
- 6-8 Oreos quarter
- 150g Butter
- 290g Icing Sugar
- 6 Crushed Oreos
- 10 whole Oreos
Method
- Fist you will need to pre heat your oven to 180c and prepare your muffin tine so you are ready to go
- Now you need to take your butter and sugar and beat together until it becomes light and fluffy this will take a good few minutes so I would use a n electric whisk to save your arms if you can
- Now you can slowly add your eggs in one at a time, you may need to add a little flour whiles adding the egg to ensure the mixture doesn’t split
- Now that is all combined you can fold in your flour a bit at a time then finally add your quartered Oreo pieces and mix again. Now fill your cases as equally as you can and cook for about 25mins until a knife comes out clean
- When they are cooking you can now make your icing so take your butter an beat until it becomes light in colour and fluffy now add your icing sugar a bit at a time until it is all combined then finally mix in your crushed Oreos then its done
- Make sure your muffins are completely cool before you decorate them. You can do this how ever you like so have fun and enjoy
