If you are looking for some delicious comfort food why not give give this Quorn hot pot a go. It’s veggie and super tasty and warming, fantastic for this winter weather.

Portions: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Quorn Mince
- 1 Onion finally diced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Carrot finally diced
- 200g Frozen Peas
- Salt, Pepper and dried herbs
- 100ml-200ml of Gravy
- 2 – 3 Large Potatoes
- 2-3 Tbsp of Melted Butter
Method
- First you need preheat your oven to 180c and put a large pan on to heat up
- You can now get all your prep ready so take your onion, garlic and carrot and dices as finally as you can
- You can now add this to your pre heated pan and cook off until your onions become translucent and carrot become soft
- Once your veg has softened you can then add your Quorn mince and cook out for a further 5 mins then add your peas, salt, pepper, dried herbs and gravy and leave to simmer for 5 -10 mins
- Whiles this is simmering you can now slice your potatoes in to thin circles, these will be used to top your pie mixture with later on
- By now you mince should be good to go, put this in your oven prove dish then top with sliced potatoes and brush with melted butter
- Cook for approximately 20mins until the potatoes become golden brown then enjoy
