If you can’t indulge at Christmas time, then when can you! My Chocolate Orange Cheesecake is super delicious and will get you in the Christmas spirit.

Ingredients
- 100g Digestive Biscuits
- 40g Butter
- 125g Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 60g Caster Sugar
- 70g Double Cream
- 85g Terry’s Chocolate Orange (About 7 -8 segments)
- 4 Whole Terry’s Chocolate Orange Segments
Method
- First you need to melt your butter and crush your biscuits for you base, then pour your melted butter over you biscuits and mix together. You can now press this into your pots and put into the fridge to set
- Now beat together your cream cheese and sugar until it becomes light and smooth and in a separate bowl whisk you cream until if forms soft peaks
- You can now fold your cream into your cream cheese mixture
- Now take your chocolate orange segments and melt then pour this slowly into your cream cheese mix and mix until all combined
- Ok, you are now ready to create your cheesecake so take your lovely chocolatey cream cheese mixture and put on top of your biscuit base and put in the fridge to set
- Be sure to top your cheesecake with and orange segment before you serve then enjoy
