If you still have leftover food from Christmas and Boking day why not put it all in my delicious leftover Xmas pie full of all your favourite trimmings.

Ingredients
- 1 Finally Diced Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic Crushed/Finely Cut
- 1 Carrot
- All your left over meat (Anything from turkey to ham and even beef if you have any left)
- Left over veg
- 5 Medium – Large Potatoes/ Left over Mash Potato
- 1 Pint of Gravy (Any you like)
- Grated Cheese As much as you like
Method
- First you need to get all your Christmas meats ready so take what even you have left and cut into bite size pieces and put to one side. I use ham and turkey as this is what we had but you can use what ever you have left. You also need to pre heat your oven to 200c
- Now take a large pan and sauté your onions until they become translucent then add your garlic and carrots until they become soft
- You can now add your leftover meat and veg you have from you Christmas dinner and give it a good mix and season to your own taste and add your gravy and let it simmer for about 20 Mins
- Whiles your mix is simmer make your mash or if you have left over mash you can also use that
- So take your pie mix and put into your oven proof dish and top with your mash and cheese and bake for 30 mins until golden brown, then enjoy!
