Healthy Homemade Granola

If you are like me and are trying to eat healthy/ healthier this year why not give my homemade granola a go. It is surprising easy to make and you can put whatever you like in it.

Pre Time: 10 Mins

Cook Time: 20 Mins

Portions: 10 – 12 Bowls (Depending how much you snack on)


  • 2 Cups of Oats (Any you like)
  • 1/2 of Mix Seeds/ Nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 cup of Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks or Chopped Chocolate
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla


  1. First you need to preheat your oven t 190c and take a large baking tray and line with grease proof paper
  2. Now take a large mixing bowl and mix all your ingredients together then pour onto your baking tray and bake for approximately 20 mins
  3. So 20 mins have pasted and your granola should be golden brown. Now leave it on your tray to cool completely without touching it as this will help to form large chunks then place in a jar with a lid and enjoy in any way you like
