If you haven’t made banana bread yet then where have you been! Don’t worry you still have time. This recipe is so easy to make yourself and is super delicious too and even better it’s a great healthier alternative.

Ingredients
- 3 Small/ 2 Large Ripe Bananas Mashed
- 1/2 Cup (170g) Honey
- 1/3 Cup (70g) Melted Coconut Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup (136g) Plain Flour
- 1/2 Cup (60g) Wholemeal Flour
- 1/4 Cup (23g) Oats
- 1/2 Cup (80g) of Chopped Dark Chocolate
Equipment you will need
- Loaf Tin
- Large Bowl
- Wooden Spoon/ Spatula
Method
- Fist of all you will need to preheat your oven to 160c and get your loaf tin ready or whatever tin you have around
- Now take a large bowl and add your mashed bananas, honey, oil, eggs and vanilla then mix well. Now take all your dry ingredients and chocolate and mix again
- Now pour your mixture into your tin and cook for about 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean. It may take longer then an hour so be patient this will all depend on how ripe your bananas are, so don’t worry if it takes longer
- Now let your banana bread cool completely in your tin then enjoy, see I told you it was easy
