We all love a chocolate brownie but why not try out my healthier chocolate brownies that will still give you your needed chocolate hit. They will probably be one of the easy recipes you have ever made.

Portions: 9 Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup (100g) Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup of 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of Blended Oats
Equipment you will need
- Brownie Tin
- Grease Proof Paper
- Large Bowl
- Wooden Spoon/ Spatula
Method
- First you need to preheat your oven to 180C/ 350F/ Gas Mark 4 and prepare your brownie tin, any tin you have will work fine even round if that’s all you have
- Now take your chocolate and melt completely and place in a large bowl, now add all your other ingredient (that’s right, it is that easy) and mix well. Then pour into your tin and bake for 20 – 30 mins until cooked all the way through but still gooey
- Now let them cool completely then cut and enjoy. They have a great flavour from the Greek yoghurt that am sure you will all love
