Healthy Flapjacks

I have another great healthy recipe for you all to try out. It’s so easy and simple and you will love it so give it a go!

Prep Time: 10 Mins

Cook Time: 20 – 30 Mins

Portions: 15 – 20 Squares


  • 1 Ripe Banana (Mashed)
  • 150g Oats
  • 2 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
  • 80g Honey
  • 50g Mixed Seeds
  • 25g Raisins
  • Dark Chocolate melted

Equipment you will need

  • Square or Rectangular Baking Tin
  • Grease Proof Paper
  • Large Bowl
  • Spatula or Wooden Spoon


  1. First you will need to pre-heat your oven t 180c/ Gas Mark 4 and like a square or rectangular tin with grease proof paper ready to put your mix into
  2. Now take a large bowl and put all your ingredients together and mix well then press in to your tin and bake for 20 – 30 min until golden brown
  3. You can now leave to cool completely then drizzle with melted dark chocolate then cut into square and enjoy
