Portions: 15 – 20 Squares
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana (Mashed)
- 150g Oats
- 2 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
- 80g Honey
- 50g Mixed Seeds
- 25g Raisins
- Dark Chocolate melted
Equipment you will need
- Square or Rectangular Baking Tin
- Grease Proof Paper
- Large Bowl
- Spatula or Wooden Spoon
Method
- First you will need to pre-heat your oven t 180c/ Gas Mark 4 and like a square or rectangular tin with grease proof paper ready to put your mix into
- Now take a large bowl and put all your ingredients together and mix well then press in to your tin and bake for 20 – 30 min until golden brown
- You can now leave to cool completely then drizzle with melted dark chocolate then cut into square and enjoy
