Easter Brownies

These are not your standard brownies, they are the ultimate Easter Brownies with everything you could possibly want and need. So gooey and delicious you will want to eat more and more, Check out the video to see how I created them.

Prep Time: 10 – 15 Mins

Cook Time: 25 Mins

Portions: 9 – 12 Brownies


  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 200g Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 270g Caster Sugar
  • 90g Plain Flour
  • 3 Packets of mini Easter egg Chocolate of your choice (You can see the video below for inspo)
  • Mini Chocolate bunnies of your choice

Equipment you will need

  • Kitchen Mixer/ Electric Hand Mixer
  • Large Bowl and Spatula
  • Brownie Tin of your choice
  • Grease Proof Paper


  1. First pre heat your oven to 180c/ Gas Mark 4 and line your baking tin with your grease proof paper
  2. Now melt together your butter and sugar this can be done in the microwave (but do keep a close eye on it you don’t want it to burn) or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water (ban-marie) it’s up to you
  3. Now take your eggs and sugar and whisk together until light, fluffy and doubled in size
  4. Now your butter and chocolate is melted pour this into your egg mixer and fold in gently being careful not to take the air out the mix
  5. Now take your flour and again fold in gently then pour in your mini Easter eggs
  6. Pour into your tin, bake for 15 mins then place your bunnies on top then put back in the oven for a further 10 mins
  7. Leave to cool completely then cut and enjoy
