Ingredients
- 100g Oats
- 4 TBSP Peanut butter
- 50ml Maple syrup
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1TBSP Flaxseeds
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder

- A large Bowl
Method
- First of all take your peanut butter and slightly soften in the microwave as this will make it easier to work with
- Now take your large bowl and tip everything into the bowl and mix together
- Now it’s time to shape your protein balls so take a small amount of your mix, slightly smaller then a golf ball and roll in your hand to form a ball and continue to do this until you have no mix left
- Then leave in the fridge to set then enjoy whenever you like
