Protein Balls

If you are looking for a health snack then you might want to give theses a go they will be the simplest snack you have ever made and they are healthy so it’s a win win.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Portions: 10 Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g Oats
  • 4 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 50ml Maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1TBSP Flaxseeds
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder

Equipment you will need

  • A large Bowl

Method

  1. First of all take your peanut butter and slightly soften in the microwave as this will make it easier to work with
  2. Now take your large bowl and tip everything into the bowl and mix together
  3. Now it’s time to shape your protein balls so take a small amount of your mix, slightly smaller then a golf ball and roll in your hand to form a ball and continue to do this until you have no mix left
  4. Then leave in the fridge to set then enjoy whenever you like
