Mini Banoffee Pie

What to know what is better than one banoffee pie, 6 mini banoffee pie’s! This recipe is so easy and full of quick hacks that will impress your friends and family.

Prep Time:30 + Mins

Set Time:1 – 2 Hours

Portions:6 mini pies


  • 125g Digestive Biscuits
  • 85g Butter
  • 1 – 2 Bananas
  • One Tin of Caramel
  • 275ml Double Cream

Equipment you will need

  • Food Mixture/ Bag and Rolling Pin
  • Muffin Tin
  • Sause Pan
  • Large Bowl and Spoon
  • Electric whisk


  1. Fist you will need to make your biscuit base so take your digestive biscuits and crush into bread crumbs. You can do this by using a food mixer or by putting your biscuits in a bag and smashing them with a rolling pin, It’s up to you
  2. Now take your butter and melt it on a medium heat then add this to your crushed biscuits, then press into your muffin tin and put in the fridge to set for about 30mins
  3. You can now slice your bananas into thin slices and layer at the bottom of your biscuit base then top with a tablespoon of caramel and put back in the fridge
  4. Whiles they are setting you can whip your cream into soft pecks then either pipe on top of your mini pies or spoon on top
  5. You can now grate some dark chocolate on top then return to the fridge until you are ready to enjoy them

Top Tip

  • I find it easier to use a silicone muffin tin as it is way easier to demould them but you can use whatever you have at home
